Welcome to Seventh Grade Core

Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year at Los Cerros. I am looking forward to meeting all of you! Be ready to start a fun-filled and strenuous school year filled with many types of learning opportunities. Now that you have a year of middle school behind you, your transition into seventh grade will be smooth and I will be with you every step of the way to guide and challenge you. Looking forward to a great year ahead!

About Mrs. Walsh

I am a local girl born in San Francisco (Go Giants!) and raised in Walnut Creek. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach and received my teaching credential and Master's Degree from St. Mary's College. In 1995 I started teaching middle school in the San Ramon USD and have enjoyed spending my days with middle school students. I love their energy, intellect, and most importantly sense of humor.

In my free time away from teaching I enjoy going to my son's (ages 12 and 14) sporting events and being involved in their schools. I am an avid reader, movie goer, and Giants fan. During vacations I enjoy snow skiing with my family and visiting the north shore of Lake Tahoe as much as I can. This summer I tried zip-lining with my family on Maui and loved it. I look forward to learning all about you, my students, this year!
